This work sits alongside my clinical psychology practice, but it is not therapy. It is a separate space for people who want to explore meaning, purpose, and inner alignment through deep listening, presence, and guided inquiry.
Self-Led Coaching brings together:
- IFS-informed exploration — supporting you to meet and understand the parts of yourself that shape your choices, patterns, and emotions
- Acceptance and Commitmen Therapy (ACT) techniques — clarifying what truly matters to you and helping you move toward it
- Contemplative and wisdom traditions — drawing from Buddhist, Taoist, and shamanic approaches to deepen awareness and open new perspectives
- My own ongoing inner spiritual practice — a lived, evolving foundation that informs the way I guide this work
The intention is to help you recognise the stories that no longer serve you, release old patterns, and move closer to a life that feels genuine, purposeful, and self-led.
Who this work is for
You may be drawn to this if:
- You feel a shift happening internally and want support in understanding it
- You’re questioning old roles, identities, or ways of being
- You want to explore purpose, clarity, and who you are becoming
- You’re interested in consciousness, inner work, or spiritual inquiry
- You sense parts of you are pulling in different directions and want a way to navigate that with more ease
What sessions involve
Sessions are spacious and collaborative.
We slow down, listen deeply, and follow what arises.
This may include parts work, values-based exploration, embodied presence, or gentle inquiry into our old beliefs and patterns. The process is intuitive, grounded, and rooted in your own inner wisdom.
A note on boundaries
Self-Led Coaching is separate from my HCPC-registered clinical psychology practice and is not a mental health treatment. It is for personal development, meaning-making, and transformation.
