What I offer

Individual Therapy

I offer face to face or online individual therapy sessions in my clinic room in Hackney. I can also offer a mix of the two. I charge £120/ hour.

Group Work

I am also interested in offering therapy groups of 6-8 people that I would facilitate with another therapist. I have had great success in the past running groups like this for women who have experienced baby loss, difficulties with fertility, people processing grief or navigating any big changes in their lives. So much is gained from the community support that comes with group therapy experiences. If you are interested in being part of a therapy group, do get in touch.

Clinical Supervision

I have been a qualified clinical psychologist since 2011 and worked as a senior psychologist in the NHS for over 6 years, supervising a range of professionals including psychologists, social workers, counsellors and psychotherapists. I have completed supervision training at UCL and Linda Charles Supervision Workshops.

Therapeutic Approaches

As a clinical psychologist, I am trained to integrate a number of evidence-based therapeutic models. I like to assess and formulate clients before collaboratively deciding what style and approach best fits their own preferences and specific goals for the work.

The following therapeutic models are the ones I use the most. Most clients can expect to see significant changes within 16 sessions although many choose to work more longer term. They can be used to work with specific difficulties like depression, anxiety, phobias and PTSD as well as transdiagnostically.

  • Attachment focused EMDR
  • Compassion Focused Therapy
  • Internal Family Systems
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (third wave)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavioural Therapy
  • Ego States work/ structural dissociation model/ parts work
  • Mindfulness Based Therapy
